摘要
目的探索大型综合医院床位调度管理人员工作负荷的平衡方案。方法收集某大型综合医院的床位调度管理数据,挖掘床位调度管理工作人员的工作负荷特点,探索其主要影响因素;采用问卷调查法,收集模糊指标的工作负荷数据;运用多元统计的方法,针对影响因素进行科室聚类,建立工作负荷的平衡方案。结果科室实际床位数、平均住院日、难度系数等对工作负荷有影响,平衡后的分配方案中工作负荷方差明显减小。结论工作负荷评价指标的建立有利于对床位调度管理人员工作的合理分配。
Objective To explore workload balance plan of bed allocation staff.Methods Firstly,we collected bed allocation data of a large general hospital,excavated workload characteristic of bed allocation staff and explored its main influence factors.Secondly,we used questionnaire survey to get workload data of fuzzy index.Lastly,we used multivariate statistical method to cluster clinical departments aiming at influencing factors and established the scheme of workload balance.Results Actual number of beds,average days of hospitalization and degree of difficulty influenced the workload.Variance of workload in allocation plan after balanced had significantly reduced.Conclusion Building workload evaluation index system is in favor of rational work distribution of bed resource allocation staff.
