某院超长住院患者回顾性分析

Retrospective Analysis on Overlength Hospitalization Patients in a Hospital

目的回顾性分析某院1 573例住院超过30天的出院患者特征,为医疗质量管理部门制定缩短平均住院日政策提供有效的决策依据。方法收集2016年出院病案首页,汇总住院天数大于等于30天的出院患者资料,运用EXCEL和SPSS软件进行描述性统计分析。结果住院超30天的患者年龄分布主要集中在80～90岁,科室分布集中在肝胆外科、呼吸内科,病种分布前3位的主要是肿瘤、呼吸系统疾病和循环系统疾病。结论超长住院日对平均住院日影响较大,医院质量管理部门应加大对重点科室、病种和人群的管理力度,缩短平均住院日。

Objective This paper analyzed the characteristics of 1573 patients who had been hospitalized for more than 30 days in a hospital,and provided an effective basis for the development of the medical quality management to shorten the average length of stay.Methods The data of discharged patients in 2016 were collected,and discharged patients with more than 30 days of hospitalization were collected and analyzed by Excel and SPSS.Results Patients hospitalized for more than 30 days were mainly distributed in the 80-90 years old,in the Departments of Hepatobiliary Surgery and Respiratory Medicine.The top three diseases were tumor,respiratory system disease and circulatory system disease.Conclusion The overlength hospitalization has a great impact on the average length of stay,and the hospital quality management department should strengthen the management of key depart?ments,diseases and the patients,to shorten the average length of stay.
