质量是医疗机构的立足之本。护理质量管理作为医院管理中非常重要的环节已成为护理管理者关注的问题之一,随着民众对健康服务水平的需求与期盼呈逐步增高的趋势,实现满足患者需求、保证患者安全的护理管理良好局面是医院管理者不断追求的目标。因此,将一种新型的、以满足服务对象需求为准则的QFD(质量功能展开)模型引入到护理质量管理中并不断探索,将会为我国护理质量管理领域开拓更广阔的发展空间。

Quality is the basis of medical institutions.Nursing quality management as a very important segment in hospital management has become one of the issues of nursing managers.With people‘s gradually increasing demand and expectations for health services,the good state of nursing management to ensure patients’ needs and safety is the goal that hospital managers pursue continuously.Therefore,a new type of QFD(Quality Function Deployment) model,which satisfies the service-demand of people,is introduced into nursing quality management and explored continuously,which will open up a broader development space for nursing quality management in our country.
