摘要
本文全面分析当前联勤医院训练管理工作中存在的主业不主抓、抓建层次不高、部门合力不强、训管回路不畅等问题,提出解决这些问题的对策和办法,着重要在把正训练管理正确方向、推进训练管理向纵深拓展、狠抓训练管理末端落实、真问责促进真训练上见成效。
This paper comprehensively analyzes the problems in training management of current joint logistics hospitals,which are put no emphasis on the main works,training is not profound,departmental synergy is not strong,training and management circuit is not smooth,etc.The suggestions and methods to solve these problems are put forward,such as correcting direction of training management,promoting the development of training management,implementing the end of training management,real accountability promoting real training.
