Health Status and Intervention of University Teachers

通过对国内外高校教师生理、心理健康状况研究,总结高校教师健康状况基本特点,针对相关问题提出提升高校教师自身健康管理水平、加强高校健康服务投入及干预、国家及行业主管部门鼓励与督促健康工作持续推进等建议,为加强高校教师健康保健工作及理论研究提供参考。

By studying the physical and psychological health of university teachers at home and abroad,and summarizing the characteristics of college teachers’ health,it puts forward some suggestions,such as improving the health management level of university teachers,strengthening the investment and intervention of university health services,encouraging and urging the continuous promotion of health work by national and industrial supervisors,to provide references for strengthening the health care work and theoretical research of university teachers.
