肺癌患者围手术期护理流程优化

Improvement of Perioperative Nursing Process for Lung Cancer Patients

目的某院胸外科为提升服务质量,在快速康复理念下对原有肺癌围手术期护理流程进行优化,以促进胸腔镜下肺癌手术患者术后早期功能锻炼,快速康复。方法选择2017年10月至2018年3月行择期手术的患者作为研究对象。按非同期队列研究方法,2017年10—12月为优化前阶段,在上海市肺科医院胸外科行肺癌择期手术患者中,采用随机对照表法随机抽取100例符合纳入标准的患者,作为对照组。2018年1—3月为优化后阶段,同样方法抽取100例符合纳入标准的手术患者,作为实验组。对两组患者进行调查研究,并对结果进行分析。结果实验组患者的住院天数平均减少3天、下床活动开始时间提前1天、对流程便捷性和健康教育的满意度显著提高,对快速康复教育内容掌握程度提高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在术后快速康复理念下,对肺癌围术期护理流程进行优化后,患者对治疗和护理措施的依从性和满意度提高。在减少患者住院时间和费用的同时,提升护理服务品质,对肺癌围术期进行流程优化取得良好效果。

Objective In order to improve the quality of service,the thoracic surgery in our hospital optimizes the perioperative nursing process of the original lung cancer under the concept of rapid rehabilitation to pro?mote the early functional exercise and rapid recovery of patients with thoracoscopic lung cancer surgery.Methods We selected patients who had undergone elective surgery in our hospital from October 2017 to March 2018 as research objects.According to the non-synchronous cohort study method,from October to December in 2017 was the pre-optimization phase.In patients undergoing elective surgery in the Department of Thoracic Surgery of Shanghai Pulmonary Hospital,randomized control table method was used to randomly select 100 patients who met the inclusion criteria as a control group.From January to March in 2018 was the post-optimization phase.Among patients undergoing elective surgery,100 patients who met the inclusion criteria were selected for the same group as the experimental group.Two groups of patients were investigated and the results were analyzed.Results In the experimental group,the average number of hospitalization days was reduced by 3 days,the start time of getting out of bed was 1 day earlier,the satisfaction with process convenience and health education was significantly improved,and the content of rapid rehabilitation education was improved.The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion In this study,under the concept of postoperative rapid rehabilitation,after the perioperative nursing process of lung cancer was optimized,the patient’s compliance and satisfaction with treatment and nursing measures improved.While reducing the length of hospital stay and expenses,the quality of nursing services has been improved,and the process optimization of lung cancer perioperative period has achieved good results.
