摘要
介绍国内外专科护士的发展历程,对国内专科护士的资格认证及再认证、岗位职责、岗位、继续教育培训模式进行比较。借鉴国外成熟经验,针对我国专科护士岗位管理现况提出改进措施,为今后专科护士人才队伍的使用与管理建设提供参考。
This paper introduces the development course of clinical nurses specialist(CNS) at home and a?broad,and compares the qualification and re-certification,post responsibility,post and continuing education and training mode of domestic clinical nurse specialists.Based on the mature experience of foreign countries,this paper puts forward some improvement measures in view of the present situation of clinical nurse specialists post management in our country,and provides a reference for the use and management construction of specialized nurse team in the future.
