摘要
校企合作、产教融合已成为我国职业院校培养人才的重要模式。对校企合作的研究已取得了丰硕的成果,但已取得的研究成果主要是从宏观或企校共赢的视角研究职业教育教学模式的,缺乏从企业角度研究企业个体是否选择参与职业教育的有关理论。从企业角度分析了企业参与职业教育的影响因素、企业参与职业教育的困境,以及如何借鉴国外的经验,提出了符合中国国情的推动企业参与职业教育的本土化路径和方法。
College-enterprise cooperation and industry-education integration have become important talent cultivation mode in vocational colleges of our country. The research on college-enterprise cooperation has achieved rich results. But the existing research results have mainly studied the reform of teaching mode from the macroscopic perspective or win-win cooperation between enterprises and schools, and there is a lack of relevant theories on whether enterprises should choose to participate in vocational education from the perspective of enterprises. This paper analyzes the influencing factors and the dilemma of enterprise participation in vocational education from the perspective of enterprises, and puts forward the localization paths and methods of promoting enterprise participation in vocational education in line with China's national conditions through drawing lessons from foreign experience.
