摘要
任务驱动教学法和传统教学法并非真正对立,而是相互补充的关系。在管理学基础课程中,将任务驱动教学法和传统教学法进行融合是必要和可行的,可以通过课前设计、课程实施和课后反思三个阶段,将二者进行有机融合,借此能够真正实现高效课堂,达到教学改革的目的。
The relationship between task-driven teaching method and traditional teaching method is not antagonistic but mutually complementary. It is necessary and feasible to integrate the two kinds of methods in Management Fundamental Course. It can integrate them organically through the following three phrases: teaching design before class, course implementation and review after class. Thus it can truly achieve the efficient class and teaching reform.
