核心蛋白聚糖与聚蛋白多糖酶在不同膝关节评分患者关节软骨中的表达情况 被引量:7

摘要 膝骨关节炎(KOA)是中老年人群中常见的骨关节退行性疾病,其可导致关节疼痛、畸形、活动障碍等症状,严重影响患者生活质量。其病因尚未明确,但关节透明软骨的退行性改变目前被认为与KOA的发生密切相关。
