住房套数对城镇家庭消费结构的影响研究

A Study about Impact of Number of Housing Owned on Urban Families Consumption Structure

本文根据拥有住房的套数,将城镇家庭划分为城镇无房家庭、城镇刚需家庭和城镇投资家庭。通过重新编制2012年地区投入产出表,构建投入产出价格模型得到QUAIDS模型中的消费品价格数据,然后采用CFPS2014数据,在QUAIDS模型中加入反映家庭拥有住房套数的人口特征变量,研究住房套数对城镇家庭消费结构的影响。最后,本文还利用补偿变动方法研究住房套数对城镇家庭福利的影响。研究结果表明,为了优化居民消费结构和提高居民福利,政府制定住房及消费政策时应该首先关注城镇无房家庭。

According to the number of housing owned,this paper divides urban families into homeless urban families,just-needed urban families and investment urban families. First,this paper re-forms the 2012 regional input-output table and constructs the input-output price model to obtain the consumer price data in the QUAIDS model. Then,this paper adds the demographic variable that reflect the number of housing owned in the QUAIDS model to study the impact of number of housing owned on urban families consumption structure by using the CFPS2014 data. Finally,this paper uses the compensation variation method to study the impact of number of housing owned on urban families welfare. The results show that in order to optimize consumption structure and improve welfare,the government should first focus on urban homeless families.
