Research Progress and Literature Review on National Innovation System

国家创新体系建设对国家创新能力的提升具有重要的推动作用。在系统回顾国家创新体系相关文献研究的基础上,本文研究探讨了国家创新体系的内涵,从投入-产出、类别等视角探究了国家创新体系的构成,从政府、高校等方面分析了其对国家创新体系的影响,以及国家创新体系与企业创新的直接关系、间接关系等。并针对以往研究存在的不足,提出了展望,以期为未来的研究以及政府更好地推动国家创新体系建设提供借鉴。

The construction of national innovation system plays an important role in promoting the innovation ability of the country. Based on a systematic review of the relevant literature on the national innovation system, first, the connotation of the national innovation system is described, and then the composition of the national innovation system from the perspective of input-output, category and etc. are explored. Next, the impacts of the national innovation system are analyzed from the aspects of government, universities and etc., as well as the direct and indirect relationship between the national innovation system and firm’s innovation. Finally, in view of the limitations of previous studies, future prospects are proposed to provide experience for future research and government in order to better promote the construction of national innovation system.
