资源拼凑、创业失败归因与创业学习的实证研究 被引量:2

摘要 资源拼凑是当前创业领域中关注的焦点,有关资源拼凑与创业学习关系的讨论并不多见。本文运用随机问卷调查方法,研究资源拼凑与创业学习之间的内在联系。鉴于资源拼凑行为存在较高失败率,引入创业失败归因作为调节变量,分析其对上述两者之间关系的影响。实证表明资源拼凑对创业学习具有显著正向影响,创业失败归因具有显著调节作用。该结论对资源拼凑和创业学习的相关研究具有一定的价值,在创业实践中具有一定的指导意义。 Bricolage is the focus of the field of entrepreneurship. There are few discussions on the relationship between bricolage and entrepreneurial learning. The method of random questionnaires is used to study the internal relationship between bricolage and entrepreneurial learning. In view of the high failure rate of bricolage, the attribution of entrepreneurial failure is introduced as a moderator variable to analyze its impact on the relationship between the two. Empirical evidence shows that bricolage has a significant positive impact on entrepreneurial learning, and attribution of entrepreneurial failure has a significant moderating effect. This conclusion has certain value for the related research of bricolage and entrepreneurial learning, and also has obvious significance in entrepreneurial practice.
