宫腔镜电切术联合刮宫术治疗多发性子宫内膜息肉效果观察

Observation of curative effect of hysteroscopy combined with curettage for multiple endometrial polyps

目的观察宫腔镜电切术联合刮宫术治疗多发性子宫内膜息肉的效果。方法选取郑州市中心医院2016-04—2018-02间收治的196例多发性子宫内膜息肉患者,随机分为2组,各98例。对照组采用宫腔镜电切术,观察组实施行宫腔镜电切术联合刮宫术。比较2组的疗效。结果 2组手术时间、术中出血量及住院时间比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。观察组息肉复发率、子宫出血复发率均显著低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论宫腔镜电切术联合刮宫术治疗多发性子宫内膜息肉,效果确切,术后复发率低,有利于提升患者的生活质量。

Objective To observe the effect of hysteroscopic electrotomy combined with curettage for multiple endometrial polyps.Methods Totally 196 patients with multiple endometrial polyps were randomly divided into two groups(n = 98, n = 98), who were treated in Zhengzhou Central Hospital from 2016-04 to 2018-02. The patients were divided into two groups at random. The control group was treated with hysteroscopic electroresection, and the observation group was treated with hysteroscopic electroresection combined with curettage. The curative effects of the two groups were compared.Results There was no significant difference in operative time, intraoperative bleeding volume and hospitalization time between the two groups(P>0.05). The recurrence rate of polyp and uterine bleeding in the observation group were significantly lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The treatment of multiple endometrial polyps with hysteroscopy combined with curettage therapy has definite clinical efficacy, can well reduce the recurrence rate of postoperative polyps, enhance the prognosis quality of life of patients, and is worthy of clinical application.
