Interactive Development of Productive Services and Industry in Wenzhou under New Normalcy

主动适应新常态,深化供给侧结构性改革,加快生产性服务业创新发展,实现生产性服务业与工业有机融合与互动发展,积极推进工业强市建设,是温州工业经济高质量发展的关键。通过2009—2017年温州生产性服务业与工业的统计数据分析,从生产性服务业发展现状及特征、相关性和同步性等方面论证生产性服务业与工业的互动发展。温州应把握生产性服务业发展路径和发展趋势,提升生产性服务业对工业发展的促进作用,实现二者同步协调发展。

The key to quality growth of industrial economy in Wenzhou lies in integral combination and interactive development of productive services and industry to actively promote the construction of a booming city through industry by taking initiative to adapt to the new normal, furthering supply-side structural reform and speeding up innovative development of productive services. This paper researches on the interactive development of productive services and industry from the aspects of the development status and characteristics, correlation and synchronism of productive services on the basis of the statistical data analysis of productive services and industry in Wenzhou from 2009 to 2017. It is proposed that synchronic and harmonious development between productive services and industry should be realized through improving the contribution of productive services to industry in accordance with the development path and trends.
