摘要
高校教师非言语行为的有效运用可帮助学生进入良好的学习状态,增进对教学内容的理解,提高教学效果。运用SWOT分析法,剖析高校教师非言语行为的优势与劣势、机会与威胁,提出高校教师非言语行为运用策略从更新理念、加强自身修养、丰富非言语行为知识、掌握运用技巧四个方面着手。
Proper non-verbal behaviors on the side of university teachers contribute to better class performance, enhanced understanding capability of students, and thus higher teaching efficiency. A SWOT model is applied to study the strength, weakness, opportunity and threat of non-verbal behaviors of university teachers and strategies in terms of concept renewal, self-improvement, enriched knowledge and mastery of skills are proposed as solutions.
