摘要
设计一种新型多功能颅脑外引流固定仪,其包含引流固定支架和引流液体测量模块。引流固定支架由支架、标尺、挂钩等构成;引流液体测量模块利用薄膜谐振型Lamb波传感器,依据矢量测量原理,采集流体模拟信号,电气控制模块将模拟信号转换为数字信号,获取流体流量、流速测量结果。采用设计仪器展开实验研究,结果显示,仪器测量引流液体流量误差小于1%;薄膜谐振Lamb波传感器稳定性变化情况表明仪器稳定性强,适用于测量微小通道液体的流速与流量,新型多功能颅脑外引流固定仪为引流护理提供一种高性能的医疗手段。
To design a new multifunctional craniocerebral external drainage fixer.It contained two parts,one was the drainage fixation bracket and the other was the drainage liquid measurement module.Drain fixed bracket consisted of bracket,ruler,hook,etc.The drainage liquid measurement module used thin film resonant Lambwave sensors to collect fluid analog signals based on vector measurement principles.The electrical control module converted analog signals into digital signals to obtain fluid flow and flow rate measurement results.The experimental results show that the error of liquid flow is less than 1%.The stability of thin film resonance Lambwave sensor shows that the instrument has strong stability and is suitable for measuring the flow rate and flow rate of tiny channel liquids.The new multifunctional craniocerebral external drainage fixation instrument provides a high-performance medical method for drainage nursing.
