一种新型机械灌注泵的性能模拟

摘要 介绍一种新型机械灌注泵的结构与工作原理,通过CFD模拟对该泵的工作过程进行了仿真。结果显示:液体流入泵时会发生扩散,液体速度从对称轴处往外逐渐减小;液体流出泵时速度分布均匀;液体流动的湍流动能很小;泵的出口质量流量和永磁体端面受力大小由永磁体的运动方式决定,当永磁体运动的加速度以分段函数变化时,出口质量流量能长时间保持稳定;当加速度以正弦函数变化时,流出液体的搏动性更显著,并且流量大小能被更准确得控制。 To introduce the structure and working principle of the new machine perfusion pump.CFD method is utilized to analyze the working process of the new pump.The result shows that the liquid diffuses when the liquid flows into the pump,and the velocity of the liquid gradually deceases outward from the axis of symmetry,the liquid has a uniform velocity distribution when the liquid flows out of the pump,and the turbulent kinetic energy of liquid flow is very small.The rate of the outlet mass flow and the force on the end face of permanent magnet is determined by the motion of the permanent magnets.When the acceleration of the motion of the permanent magnet changes as a piecewise function,the mass flow rate of the pump can remain stable for a long time.When the acceleration of the motion of the permanent magnet changes as a sine function,the pulsation of the liquid is more pronounced,and the mass flow rate can be more accurately controlled.
