心脑血管疾病患者口服阿司匹林依从性影响因素及预防分析

Related factors and prevention of aspirin compliance in patients with cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases

目的探讨影响心脑血管疾病患者口服阿司匹林依从性因素及预防措施。方法对2017年1月～2018年3月应用阿司匹林治疗心脑血管疾病患者170例随访,根据阿司匹林依从性标准进行评价,比较阿司匹林依从性相关因素上的差异。结果口服阿司匹林依从性好90例(52.94%)、依从性差80例(47.06%);Logistic回归分析影响心脑血管疾病患者口服阿司匹林依从性因素:缺乏心脑血管疾病知识(OR=4.80,95%CI:1.22～27.45)、医患沟通不到位(OR=4.42,95%CI:1.33～23.27)、存在阿司匹林副作用(OR=3.91,95%CI:1.20～18.56)、年龄≥65岁(OR=3.05,95%CI:1.13～19.38)。结论心脑血管疾病患者口服阿司匹林依从性较差,影响因素复杂,应实施相应措施提高依从性。

Objective To explore the influencing factors and preventive measures of aspirin compliance in patients with cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases.Methods 170 cases of cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases treated with aspirinin from March 2017 to January 2018 were followed and evaluated according to aspirin compliance criteria.Comparing the differences of related factors between good and poor aspirin compliance.Results In the patients who had taken oral aspirin,90 caseshad good compliance(52.94%)and 80 cases had poor compliance(47.06%).Logistic regression analysis was conducted to analyze the factors influencing oral aspirin compliance in patients with cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases:lack of knowledge about cardiovascularand cerebrovascular diseases(OR=4.80,95%CI:1.22~27.45),incomplete communication between doctors and patients(OR=4.42,95%CI:1.33~23.27),side-effects of aspirin(OR=3.91,95%CI:1.20~18.56),age over 65 years old(OR=3.05,95%CI:1.13~19.38).Conclusion.Patients with cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases have poor compliance of oral aspirin,and the influencing factors are complex.Corresponding measures should be taken to improve compliance.
