Management of papillary thyroid microcarcinoma:present situations and controversies

摘要甲状腺癌发病率升高在国内外均已报道,尤以韩国为甚,其2011年的发病率是1993年的15倍[1]。国家癌症中心发布的2015年癌症统计数据显示,甲状腺癌是我国30岁以下女性最常见的恶性肿瘤[2]。1988年,世界卫生组织将癌灶最大直径≤1cm的甲状腺乳头状癌(无论是否有淋巴结转移)定义为甲状腺微小乳头状癌(papillary thyroid microcarcinoma,PTMC)。
