中医皮肤病专科规培医师临床教学探索

Exploration on the Clinical Teaching of Specialty Standardized Training of Resident Doctors in Dermatology of Traditional Chinese Medicine

中医住院医师规范化培训作为医生由医学生向临床医生过渡、成长的必经阶段,越来越受到重视,其中专科培养阶段是奠定医学生专业方向的关键时期,本文就中医皮肤病专科,从规培医师的临床基础及认知特点、培训方法、教学评价等方面,结合教学体会,进行了探索归纳,以期探讨其教学规律。

As a necessary stage of transiting and growing up from medical students to doctor,the standardized training of resident doctors in traditional Chinese medicine has been paid more and more attention.The specialty training stage is the key period for laying down the professional direction of medical students.Combined with clinical basis and cognitive characteristics,training methods,teaching evaluation and other methods,we carried out exploration and induction,together to explore the teaching law.
