阿片类药物性便秘中医外治法的应用研究

The Application of External Therapy of Traditional Chinese Medicine in the Treatment of Opioid-induced Consitipation

目的研究中医外治在治疗阿片类药物所致便秘中的应用,为临床治疗阿片类药物所致便秘提供新思路。方法收集近30年中医外治治疗法阿片类药物所致便秘的相关文献,并对其内容进行简单总结归纳。结果阿片类药物所致便秘应属中医"便秘"范畴,其主要病因是年老体虚、感受外邪、情志失调、饮食不节等。中医外治法治疗阿片类所致便秘疗效可靠、安全性高、副作用少,既能治病,又能增强癌症患者自身免疫力,提高患者生活质量。结论中医外治在改善阿片类所致便秘患者大便干结、排便困难、腹胀腹痛等症状方面具有作用迅速、疗效显著、副作用少的特色,值得在临床上进一步推广使用。

Objective To study the application of TCM external treatment in constipation caused by opioids and to provide a new idea for clinical practice Methods Literatures on the external treatment of opioid-induced consitipation by TCM in recent thirty years were collected and summarized.Results The constipation caused by opioid should belong to the category of"constipation"in traditional Chinese medicine.The main causes of the disease are asthenia of the aged body,feeling external evil,mood disorders,and poor diet.TCM external treatment for opioid-induced constipation has reliable curative effect,high safety and few side effects,which can not only treat diseases,but also strengthen the immunity of cancer patients and improve their quality of life.Conclusion The external treatment of TCM can explore the symptoms of opioid-induced consitipation,such as dry stool,difficulty in defecation,abdominal distension and abdominal pain,ect.The method is rapid efficacy and effectiveness,less side-effcts,and it is worth popularizing.
