甘草泻心汤是治疗脾胃不和、寒热错杂之痞证的代表方,因其辛开苦降,调和脾胃阴阳,临床治疗效果显著。近年来随着甘草泻心汤在针对肿瘤治疗过程中出现不良反应的应用越来越深入,发现本方在对肿瘤术后、放疗、化疗及靶向治疗增效减毒方面,取得了较好的治疗效果,体现了异病同治的治疗原则。现结合临床经验和文献资料,探讨甘草泻心汤在肿瘤治疗中不良反应的理论依据与临床运用特点,以期为临床提供参考。

Gancao Xiexin decoction is the representative of the syndrome of incoordination between spleen and stomach,cold and heat.Because of its arid-bitter herbs,it can reconcile the spleen and stomach with yin and yang,and the clinical treatment effect is remarkable.In recent years,with the application of Gancao Xiexin decoction in the treatment of tumors,it has been found that it has achieved better results in postoperative,radiotherapy,chemotherapy and targeted therapy.The therapeutic effect reflects the principle of"same treatment for different diseases".Combining clinical experience and literature data,this paper discusses the theoretical basis and clinical application characteristics of Gancao Xiexin decoction in the treatment of tumor,in order to provide reference for clinical practice.
