红龙夏海汤合四生汤治疗老年高血压40例

Honglong Xiahai Decoction Combined with Sisheng Decoction in Treating Senile Hypertension for 40 Cases

目的观察红龙夏海汤合四生汤加味治疗老年高血压的临床疗效。方法将80例老年高血压患者根据治疗方法不同,分为观察组和对照组,每组各40例,对照组给予单纯西药治疗,观察组给予西药+红龙夏海汤合四生汤加味治疗。比较2组治疗前后血压控制情况、临床疗效及中医证候等的变化情况。结果治疗12周后观察组血压控制效果优于对照组,证候积分低于对照组,总有效率高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论红龙夏海汤合四生汤加味配合西药治疗老年高血压疗效确切,同时能有效改善患者临床症状,值得推广应用。

Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of Honglong Xiahai decoction and Sisheng decoction in treating senile hypertension.Methods 80 elderly patients with hypertension were divided into observation group and control group according to different treatment methods,with 40 cases in each group.The control group was treated with western medicine alone.The observation group was given western medicine and Honglong Xiahai decoction combined with Sisheng decoction.The blood pressure control,clinical efficacy and TCM syndromes of the two groups before and after treatment were compared.Results After 12 weeks of treatment,the blood pressure control effect of the observation group was better than that of the control group,the symptom score of the observation group was lower than that of the control group,the total effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,and there had statistical significance(P<0.05).Conclusion Honglong Xiahai decoction combined with Sisheng decoction and western medicine have definite curative effect on senile hypertension,and can effectively improve the clinical symptoms of patients,which is worthy of popularization and application.
