刘氏导引法形气神合一治疗腰椎间盘突出症经验总结

Experience of the Combination of Physique-Qi-Spirit of Liu's Guidance Method in the Treatment of Lumbar Disc Herniation

刘鹏教授认为腰椎间盘突出症的病机与肝肾脾亏虚导致的筋骨肉机能受损、外伤后气血瘀滞、风寒湿邪阻络等有关,提出导引法应从形气神合一着手,练功不应局限单纯的肢体锻炼,也要加强气息和存想的内容,三者合一用于临床辨证施治,疗效颇佳。

Professor Liu Peng thinks that the pathogenesis of lumbar intervertebral disc herniation is related to the damage of muscles and bones caused by deficiency of liver,kidney and spleen,the stagnation of qi and blood after trauma,the obstruction of collaterals caused by wind,cold,dampness and evil,etc.It is effective for clinical treatment based on syndrome differentiation.
