内服联合敷胸散外敷干预在肺炎患儿护理中的应用

The Application of Oral Administration and Fuxiong Powder External Application in the Nursing of Children with Pneumonia

目的探讨内服联合敷胸散外敷干预在肺炎患儿护理中的应用效果。方法 112例肺炎患儿,随机分为对照组、研究组各56例。对照组采用中药内服及常规护理,研究组在对照组基础上联合敷胸散外敷及护理。比较2组总有效率、生活质量、护理满意度、主要症状改善时间、疗效。结果研究组总有效率98.21%(55/56),优于对照组85.71%(48/56)(P<0.05)。研究组GQOLI-74评分各项指标均优于对照组(P<0.05)。研究组主要症状改善时间均明显少于对照组(P<0.05)。结论中药内服联合敷胸散外敷及护理应用再肺炎患儿中,疗效较好,满意度高。

Objective To explore the effect of oral administration and Fuxiong powder external application in the nursing of children with pneumonia.Methods 112 children with pneumonia were randomly divided into the control group and the study group,with 56 cases in each group.The control group was treated with oral administration of Chinese medicine and routine nursing,and the study group was treated with Fuxiong powder external application and nursing on the basis of the control group.The total effective rate,quality of life,nursing satisfaction,improvement time of main symptoms and curative effect were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of the study group was better than that of the control group(P<0.05).GQOLI-74 scores of the study group were all better than those of the control group(P<0.05).The improvement time of main symptoms in the study group was significantly less than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Among the children with pneumonia,the curative effect of oral administration and Fuxiong powder external application is better and the satisfaction is higher.
