中医专业本科生实习前内科临床技能强化训练运用与效果

The Application and Effect of Intensive Training for Clinical Skills of Traditional Chinese Medicine Undergraduates before Internship

目的探讨内科临床技能强化训练在中医专业五年制本科生实习前的运用与效果。方法选取160名学生按随机数字表将其分为实验组和对照组,实验组进行30学时内科临床技能强化技能强化训练和考核,对照组接受相同学时传统培训和考核,考核结束后对2组实习生考核成绩进行比较并调查2组学生对培训的认可。结果学生更倾向于接受内科临床技能强化训练;实验组理论考核成绩以及实践操作成绩明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论对实习前学生进行内科临床技能强化训练能有效提高学生的临床综合技能,快速地进入实习状态、提高实习质量。

Objective To explore the application and effect of intensive training of medical clinical skills in the practice of five year undergraduate students of Chinese medicine.Methods A total of 160 students were randomly divided into the experimental group and the control group.The experimental group received 30 hours of intensive training and assessment of medical skills.The control group received traditional training and assessment.At the end of the examination,two groups of interns were compared and two groups of students were recognized for their training.Results Students are more likely to receive intensive training in clinical skills.The scores of theoretical examination and practical operation in the experimental group were significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Intensive training of clinical skills for students before internship can effectively improve students'clinical comprehensive skills,quickly enter the internship and improve the quality of practice.
