摘要
目的了解护理本科生对《护理学导论》课程临床见习的效果评价,为进一步改进该课程的临床见习提供依据。方法应用质性研究的方法,对完成《护理学导论》课程临床见习的某中医药大学护理学院345名大学一年级学生的见习日记进行分析,以内容分析法进行资料归类,分析见习体会。结果护生在角色转化、职业体验、职业获益三方面持肯定态度。结论临床见习给学生带来了较好的正面影响,但需进一步完善,以达到更好的见习效果。
Objective To explore the evaluation from the perspective of nursing students on introduction of nursing science in order to provide the basis for improving course teaching.Methods The method of content analysis was used in the study.The practice diary of 345 nursing students who had finished clinical practice on introduction of nursing science was analyzed.Results The nursing students had a positive attitude on role adaptation,professional experience and professional gain.Conclusion Clinical practice has positive influence on nursing students.However,something should be improved in order to gain better results.
