浅谈小硫磺回收装置实现尾气稳定达标排放的措施

摘要 主要针对庆阳石化分公司3 kt/a硫磺回收装置的特点,从原料、催化剂、脱硫剂、工艺操作等方面进行分析,找到了影响装置尾气SO_2超标的主要因素;通过优化操作和技术改造,实现了该装置的平稳运行和尾气稳定达标排放,达到了预期效果。 The characteristics of the 3 kt/a sulphur recovery unit of Qingyang Petrochemical Company are mainly analyzed.The analysis of raw materials,catalysts,desulphurizers,and process operations identified the main factors that resulted in the SO 2 in the exhaust gases exceeding the emission limits.The expected effect has been achieved through optimization of unit operations and technology upgrading.The unit operation became stable and the discharge of the exhaust gases met the requirements of the emission standards.
