摘要
罗氏干法脱硫技术应用于硫磺制酸尾气硫酸雾达标排放控制,在有效脱除尾气中二氧化硫的同时,可完全控制硫酸雾达标排放甚至超低排放。尾气中二氧化硫和硫酸雾排放浓度可根据环保要求方便的适时调整,以应对更严格环保要求,硫酸雾及二氧化硫脱除率最高可接近100%。
Rochelle dry desulphurization technology is applied to the emission control of the sulphuric acid mist in tail gases from sulphur-burning acid plants. The technology can effectively remove sulphur dioxide in the tail gases and completely control acid mist to meet the emission standard, even achieve an ultra-low acid mist emission. The concentration of sulphur dioxide and sulphuric acid mist in the tail gases can be conveniently and timely adjusted according to environmental protection requirements. The removal rate of acid mist and sulphur dioxide can be up to 100%.
