摘要
对SCR法脱硝与低温氧化法脱硝技术进行了详细比较,综合运行成本及生产安全等考虑,宜都兴发3×30 t/h链条锅炉脱硝改造工程采用低温氧化法脱硝技术。该脱硝工程采用高效烟道反应器,改造后NO_x排放质量浓度从380 mg/m^3最大可降低到14 mg/m^3以下。脱硝效率大于90%,达到了超低排放标准。
The selective catalytic reduction (SCR)method and low-temperature oxidation denitrification technology to remove nitrogen oxides was thoroughly compared and both operating costs and safety were taken into considerations. 3 × 30 t/h chain boiler of Yidu Xinfa off-gas denitrification retrofitting project selected the low-temperature oxidation denitrification technology. A high-efficiency flue reactor was used for the denitrification project. The concentration of emitted NO x after retrofitting was reduced from 380 mg/m 3 to 14 mg/m 3 or less. The denitrification efficiency was greater than 90%. The goal to achieve an ultra-low NO x emission was met.
