临床护士眼部护理能力及其影响因素分析

Analysis of the eye care ability of clinical nurses and its influencing factors

目的调查河南省某三甲医院临床护士护眼部护理能力并分析其影响因素。方法按照抽签法抽取河南省某三甲医院儿科、内科、外科、妇产科134名临床护士,采用一般资料调查表和中文眼部护理能力量表对其进行调查,根据调查结果将临床护士分为优良组、一般/差组,分析其眼部护理能力的影响因素。结果问卷有效回收率为98.5%。132名临床护士中文眼部护理能力量表评分为(80.41±7.24)分。其中"眼部护理知识""眼部护理行为""眼部护理态度"3个维度得分分别为(13.54±2.51)、(33.52±3.67)、(29.87±3.19)分。两组性别、工作年限、工作职称、学历比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);多因素分析结果显示,工作年限、学历是影响临床护士眼部护理能力的独立危险因素(P<0.05)。结论河南省某三甲医院临床护士护眼部护理能力仍有待提高,低学历、工作年限短的临床护士眼部护理能力较差。

Objective To investigate the eye care ability of clinical nurses in a top three hospital in Henan Province, and the influencing factors were analyzed. Methods A total of 134 clinical nurses in Pediatrics, Internal medicine, Surgery, Gynecology and Obstetry in a top three hospital in Henan Province were selected according to the lot drawing method. The general information questionnaires and Chinese eye care capacity scale were used for investigation. According to the survey results, the nurses were divided into excellent group and general/poor group. The influencing factors of eye care ability were analyzed. Results The effective recovery rate of the questionnaire was 98.5%. The Chinese eye care capacity scale score of 132 clinical nurses was (80.41±7.24). Among them,"eye care knowledge""eye care behavior""eye care attitude" scores were (13.54±2.51),(33.52±3.67),(29.87±3.19), respectively. The gender, working years, job title and educational background of the two groups were compared, and the differences were statistically significant ( P < 0.05). The results of multivariate analysis showed that the working years and educational background were independent risk factors affecting the eye care ability of clinical nurses ( P < 0.05). Conclusion The eye care ability of clinical nurses in a top three hospital in Henan Province still needs to be improved. The clinical nurses with low education background and short working years have poor eye care ability.
