HPLC法测定蒲地蓝消炎口服液中紫堇灵的含量

Determination of Corynoline Content in Pudilan Anti-Inflammatory Oral Liquid by HPLC

目的:建立高效液相色谱法测蒲地蓝消炎口服液中紫堇灵的含量。方法:采用的液相色谱柱为C18柱,以甲醇-磷酸盐缓冲液(浓度为0.015mol/L,p H为6.7)(80:20)为流动相;检测波长选择289nm,流速为1.0ml·min^(-1);进样量10μl;柱温30℃。结果:紫堇灵的线性范围为0.2004～1.002μg(r=1);回收率为99.50%(RSD为0.1%,n=6)。结论:本法易操作、准确率高,可以用于蒲地蓝消炎口服液中紫堇灵成分的鉴别和含量测定。

Objective: To establish a method for the determination of Corynoline Content in Pudilan Anti-inflammatory Oral Liquid by HPLC. Methods :Octadecyl silane bonded silica as filler, methanol and 0. 015mol/L phosphate buffer( pH6. 7) 80 :20 as the mobile phase gradient elution;the detection wavelength is 289nm;1. 0ml min^-1;sample volume10μl;column temperature of 30℃ Results :Corynoline in the linear range of 0. 2004 ~ 1. 002 pg( r= 1);the extraction recovery was 99. 50%( RSD =0. 1%,n = 6). Conclusion :The method is easy to operate with high accurate, can be used for discriminate and determination of corynoline content in Pud-ilan anti-inflammatory oral liquid.
