替吉奥和顺铂同期IMRT放化疗治疗Ⅲ、Ⅳa期鼻咽癌方案的近期疗效和不良反应

Recent Curative Effect and Adverse Reaction of Tigio and Cisplatin Concurrent Chemoradiotherapy in the Treatment of IMRT Ⅲ and Ⅳ for Stage a Nasopharyngeal Carcinoma

目的:本研究旨在观察替吉奥和顺铂同期调强适形放射治疗(IMRT)放化疗治疗Ⅲ、Ⅳa期鼻咽癌方案的近期疗效和不良反应。方法:将替吉奥和顺铂同期IMRT放化疗治疗Ⅲ、Ⅳa期鼻咽癌30例的局控率、生存率和毒副反应与顺铂+5-FU输注同期IMRT放化疗30例相比较,评价顺铂+替吉奥同期IMRT放化疗治疗Ⅲ、Ⅳa期鼻咽癌30例的局控率、生存率和毒副反应。结果:替吉奥在鼻咽癌同步放化疗中局控效果更好,毒副作用轻,患者耐受性好,口服方便、安全。结论:替吉奥和顺铂同期IMRT放化疗方案较顺铂+5-FU输注同期IMRT放化疗方案肿瘤消退更满意,疗效更稳定;治疗毒副反应减小,患者耐受性提高,经适当对症支持治疗可顺利完成治疗;安全性更高。

Objective: The aim of this study is to observe the short-term efficacy and intensity modulated conformal radiotherapy(IMRT)with cisplatin in the treatment of stage Ⅲ and Ⅳ a nasopharyngeal carcinoma. Method: The local control rate,survival rate and side reaction of 30 cases of stage Ⅲ and Ⅳ a nasopharyngeal carcinoma with Tigio and cisplatin in the treatment of 30 cases of stage Ⅲ and Ⅳ a nasopharyngeal carcinoma were compared with 30 cases of cisplatin+5-FU infusion at the same time with IMRT radiochemotherapy.The local control rate,survival rate and side effects in 30 cases of stage Ⅲ and Ⅳ a nasopharyngeal carcinoma treated with cisplatin and teggio at the same time were treated with IMRT radiochemotherapy. Result: Tigio is effective in nasopharyngeal carcinoma concurrent radiotherapy and chemotherapy,with less toxic side effects and better tolerance.It is convenient and safe for oral administration. Conclusion: Compared with tigio and cisplatin,IMRT chemoradiotherapy was more satisfactory than cisplatin and cisplatin+5-FU infusion in the same period of IMRT radiotherapy and chemotherapy.The curative effect was more stable,the treatment side reaction decreased,the patient’s tolerance was improved,and the treatment could be successfully completed through proper symptomatic support treatment;the safety was higher.
