脑小血管病变后焦虑抑郁的调查研究及治疗

Investigation and Treatment of Anxiety and Depression after Cerebral Microvascular Disease

目的:探讨脑小血管病变后患者焦虑抑郁心理现状,总结有效的干预措施。方法:选取2018年4月到2018年12月我院神经内科收治的脑小血管病变患者180例,采用综合医院焦虑抑郁量表评估,其中评分P> 7分患者90例,随机将患者分为对照组和观察组各45例,调查患者焦虑抑郁现状和相关影响因素,然后进行治疗。对照组实施心理干预,观察组联合采用抗焦虑抑郁药物治疗,比较疗效。结果:患者均存在不同程度的焦虑抑郁心理疾病,主要受到生活压力、睡眠质量、负性生活事件方面的影响。经过治疗后,观察组患者的焦虑抑郁综合量表评分均明显低于对照组(P<0.05),观察组患者住院时间、生存质量及住院费用指标水平均优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:脑小血管病变后焦虑抑郁时有发生,应该积极进行诊治和干预,能有效促进患者康复,提升患者生存质量。

Objective: To investigate the psychological status of anxiety and depression in patients with cerebrovascular disease and summarize effective intervention measures. Methods: 180 patients with cerebrovascular diseases admitted to neurology department of our hospital from April 2018 to December 2018 were selected. They were assessed by the General Hospital Anxiety and Depression Scale. Among them, 90 patients scored P >7 were randomly divided into control group and observation group, 45 patients were randomly divided into control group and observation group. The status of anxiety and depression and related factors were investigated, and then treated. Results: fter treatment, the scores of anxiety and depression scale in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group ( P <0.05), and the indexes of hospitalization time, quality of life and hospitalization expenses in the observation group were better than those in the control group ( P <0.05). Conclusion: nxiety and depression often occur after cerebrovascular disease, and should be actively diagnosed, treated and intervened, which can effectively promote the rehabilitation of patients and improve their quality of life.
