摘要
目的:分析实时三维经食道超声心动图在成人房间隔缺损中的诊断价值。方法:选取我院2015年7月~2017年7月收治的30例房间隔缺损成人患者,先采用经食管二维超声心动图(2D-TEE)检查,随后采用实时三维经食道超声心动图(RT-3D-TEE)检查,对比2种检查方法测量房间隔总长度,房间隔缺损的最大径,房间隔残缘软边的长度。结果:RT-3DTEE检查测量出的房间隔总长度、房间隔残缘软边的长度多于2D-TEE检查测量出的数据,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);但2种检查方法测量出的房间隔缺损的最大径无统计学差异(P>0.05)。结论:实时三维经食道超声心动图对成人房间隔缺损有较高的诊断价值,可直观显示缺损形态、准确测量房间隔总长度、房间隔残缘软边的长度,为临床治疗提供更有效的诊断信息。
Objective: To analyze the diagnostic value of real-time three-dimensional transesophageal echocardiography in adult atrial septal defect. Methods: 30 adult patients with atrial septal defect admitted to our hospital from July 2015 to July 2017 were treated with transesophageal two-dimensional echocardiography (2D-TEE) followed by real-time three-dimensional transesophageal echocardiography ( RT-3D-TEE) examination, comparing the total length of the interatrial septum, the maximum diameter of the atrial septal defect, and the length of the soft margin of the interatrial septum. Results: The total length of the interatrial septum measured by RT-3D-TEE examination, the length of the soft margin of the residual interatrial septum are more than the data measured by the 2D-TEE examination. and the difference was statistically significant ( P <0.05);the maximum diameter of the atrial septal defect measured by the two methods was not statistically different ( P >0.05). Conclusion: Real-time three-dimensional transesophageal echocardiography has a high diagnostic value for adult atrial septal defect. It can visually display the defect morphology, accurately measure the total length of the interatrial septum, and the length of the soft margin of the atrial septum, providing more effective clinical treatment.
