头孢呋辛和头孢唑林两种头孢类抗生素防治消化道手术患者切口感染研究 被引量:3

摘要 目的:研究头孢呋辛、头孢唑林两种头孢类抗生素防治消化道手术患者切口感染的效果。方法:收集本院收治的消化道手术患者98例,2015年11月~2017年11月为研究时段,分试验组(n=49)和对照组(n=49)。对照组采纳头孢唑林治疗,试验组采纳头孢呋辛治疗。比较临床指标、切口感染率。结果:两组术前、术后3天、5天的中性粒细胞计数、血红蛋白、白细胞计数以及感染率不具统计学差异,P>0.05。结论:头孢呋辛、头孢唑林对于消化道手术切口感染均可起到一定的预防效果,疗效相当,值得借鉴推广。
