针刺、西药配合功能训练治疗贝尔面瘫的临床观察

Clinical Observation on Treatment of Bell's Facial Paralysis by Acupuncture and Western Medicine Combined with Functional Training

目的:分析针刺、西药配合功能训练治疗贝尔面瘫的临床疗效。方法:选择2015年10月-2018年4月在我院接受治疗的贝尔面瘫患者270例,按照简单随机原则将其分成对照组及观察组,每组各135例,对照组经针刺、西药方案进行治疗,而观察组则联用面部功能训练进行治疗,分析组间治疗差异。结果:观察组治疗总有效率82.96%(112/135)显著高于对照组的71.85%(97/135)(P<0.05)。结论:针刺、西药配合功能训练治疗贝尔面瘫的临床疗效较好。

Objective: To analyze the clinical efficacy of acupuncture western medicine combined with functional training in the treatment of Bell’s facial paralysis. Methods: A total of 270 patients with Bell’s facial paralysis treated in our hospital from October to May 20, 2015 were randomly divided into the control group and the observation group. Each group consisted of 135 cases. The control group received acupuncture western medicine. Treatment was performed, while the observation group was treated with facial functional training to analyze differences in treatment between groups. Results: The total effective rate of the observation group was 82.96%(112/135), which was significantly higher than that of the control group (71.85%,97/135)( P <0.05). Conclusion: The clinical efficacy of acupuncture western medicine combined with functional training in the treatment of Bell’s facial paralysis is better.
