无车承运人业务可行性模糊综合评价研究

Research on Fuzzy Comprehensive Evaluation of the Feasibility of Non-Truck Operating Common Carriers' Business

无车承运人是道路运输的新型业态,有利于整合社会物流资源,实现物流企业转型升级。通过相关文献梳理以及实地访谈,构建了物流企业开展无车承运人业务可行性的评价指标体系,并通过因子分析,确定了"社会供需""经济发展""交通通达"三项主因子。引入层次分析和模糊综合评价方法,以山东YJ物流为评价实例对构建的评价指标体系进行验证,结果证明了评价指标体系的有效性。为无车承运人业务可行性评价提供了理论指导和方法工具。

NTOCC(Non-Truck Operating Common Carriers)is a new type of road transportation,which is conducive to the integration of social logistics resources and the transformation and upgrading of logistics companies.Through relevant literature review and on-site interviews,an evaluation index system for the feasibility of logistics companies to develop NTOCC services is constructed.Through factor analysis,three main factors of“social supply and demand”,“economic development”and“traffic accessibility”are identified.The methods of AHP and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation are introduced.The evaluation index system built by Shandong YJ Logistics is evaluated as an example.The results prove the validity of the evaluation index system.The article provides theoretical guidance and methodological tools for the feasibility evaluation of NTOCC.
