摘要
49-2游泳池式反应堆(简称49-2堆)在我国研究堆领域有不可替代的优势。中国先进研究堆(CARR)的平均卸料燃耗仅有32%~33%,远低于燃料考验达到的最大燃耗71.8%,有继续使用的潜力。根据49-2堆各系统、应用需求和CARR乏燃料的特点,研究了CARR乏燃料在49-2堆直接再使用的堆芯方案,计算了物理和热工参数,并进行了典型事故分析。结果表明:新设计的5 MW堆功率适中,满足反应性控制、温度、压力、温度系数、屏蔽等方面的安全要求;在主要的设计基准事故下堆芯是安全的;在中子注量率的大小和均匀性、辐照孔道有效长度、燃料温度、换料周期等方面优于现49-2堆,满足后续科研生产需求。
49-2 Swimming Pool Reactor(49-2 SPR)has so many advantages that it can’t be replaced in reactor fields.The average unloading burnup of China Advanced Research Reactor(CARR)is only about 32%-33%which is far below the maximum test fuel burnup of 71.8%,so CARR spent fuel has potential of reuse.The reactor was designed using CARR spent fuel in 49-2 SPR based on the character of systems of 49-2 SPR,application requirement and CARR spent fuel,and the main physical and thermotechnical parameters were obtained.The classic accident analysis was carried out,too.The results show that the rate power of 5 MW is suitable,and the design meets the safety requirements for reactivity control,temperature,pressure,temperature coefficient,shielding,etc.The core is safe in the main design basic accident.The neutron fluence rate and its uniformity,the effective length of the irradiation channel,fuel temperature and refuel cycle are superior than those of present 49-2 SPR,so it meets the need on subsequent research and production.
