摘要
异步感应线圈炮是一种多相电源供电的电磁推进装置,线圈炮的性能分析对电磁结构优化和后期实验研究非常重要。在初级的发射过程中,影响电枢出口速度的因素很多,在电容参数一定的条件下,首先利用Ansoft有限元软件确定最佳电枢初始位置,接着分析驱动线圈连接方式和电枢材料两因素对电枢电磁力和出口速度的影响,为下一步设计多级电磁感应线圈炮提供参考。
The asynchronous induction coilgun is a kind of the electromagnetic launcher which is energized by a multi-phase power supply.Coilgun performance analysis is very important for the optimization of electromagnetic structures and later experimental research.During the launch of the first stage,many factors will affect the muzzle velocity of the armature.Firstly,the optimal initial position of the armature was obtained by the Ansoft FEA(Finite Element Analysis)software under the constant capacitance parameters.Secondly,the influence of the connection style of drive coils and the armature materials on the electromagnetic force and muzzle velocity of the armature was analyzed,which provides references for the design of multi-stage electromagnetic induction coilgun.
