摘要
无刷直流电机的无位置传感器的控制通常采用反电动势法,但此方法存在滤波电路造成相位滞后、启动时反电动势检测困难、重载时换相续流的影响等问题。该文章提出一种根据非导通相端电压检测,无刷直流电机的无位置传感器直接换相方法。该方法克服了传统反电动势法存在的诸多缺陷,提高了换相的准确性,实现了无刷直流电机无位置传感器控制的直接换相。通过理论分析得出换相时非导通相端电压变化情况并进行了深入的研究。经过实验与研究,验证了该方法的可行性。
The control of brushless DC motor with no position sensor usually adopts the back-EMF method,however,this method has some problems such as filter circuit leading to phase lag,difficultly to detect the counter back-EMF at startup,the influence of the commutation freewheeling during heavy loads and so on.This paper proposed a methed of brushless DC motor with no position sensor to direct phase which based on non-conducting phase terminal voltage detection.This method overcomed many defects existing in the traditional back-EMF method,improved the accuracy of commutation and achieved brushless DC motor directly commutating without position sensor control.Through theoretical analysis,it is concluded that the voltage change of the non-conduction phase and conducted in-depth research after experiments and research,the feasibility of the method was verified.
