老年糖尿病患者微信平台使用意愿影响因素的路径分析

Factors Associated with the Usage Intention of Wechat Platform in Elderly Diabetic Patients:A Path Analysis

目的基于整合技术接受理论模型、健康信念理论和感知风险理论探讨老年糖尿病患者微信平台使用意愿的影响因素,以期增强研究者对老年人群微信干预的信心和关注,以及促进相关平台设计的完善。方法 2018年1-6月,方便抽样法选取上海和杭州2所三级甲等综合医院内分泌科住院的200例老年糖尿病患者为研究对象,采用一般资料问卷和糖尿病患者微信使用意愿及影响因素量表对其进行调查。结果老年糖尿病患者微信平台使用意愿总均分为(10.88±3.33)分,条目均分为(3.63±1.11)分,绩效期望、努力期望、社会影响均可正向预测患者微信平台使用意愿(P<0.01或P<0.001),感知风险可负向预测使用意愿(P<0.001);而社会影响和感知风险又分别以绩效期望为中介影响使用意愿。结论老年糖尿病患者微信使用意愿处于中上水平;在平台设计时应充分考虑有用性、专业性和易用性,在推广上注重社会外界的影响,推广前提供讲解或说明手册,并增强平台隐私保护的安全性能。

Objective To explore the influencing factors of willingness to use Wechat in elderly diabetic patients,in order to enhance researchers’confidence and concern about the intervention of using Wechat in the elderly patients,and to promote the improvement of relevant platform design based on the Unified Theory of Acceptance and Use of Technology,the Heath belief model and perceived risk theory.Methods From January to June 2018,totally 200 patients from the endocrinology department of tertiary first-class hospitals in Shanghai and Zhejiang Province were investigated with a self-designed general information questionnaire,patients’usage intention scale and influencing factors scale.Results The total score of usage intention in elderly patients was 10.88±3.33,the average score of each item was 3.63±1.11.The dimensions of performance expectation,effort expectation and social influence had a positive effect on usage intention(all P<0.01),and the dimension of perceived risk had a negative effect on usage intention(P<0.001).The performance expectation played an intermediary role among social influence,perceived risk and usage intention.Conclusions The willingness of using Wechat in elderly diabetic patients is at an upper and middle level.Usefulness,ease of use and professionalism should be fully taken into account in platform design,and social influence should be emphasized in the promotion.Meanwhile,the explanation handbook or instruction manual should be provided before promotion,in order to enhance the security performance of privacy protection.
