基于Citespace Ⅴ的我国母乳喂养自我效能分析

Analysis of the Self-efficacy of Breastfeeding in China based on Cite Space Ⅴ

目的分析我国近10年母乳喂养自我效能研究论著的关键词与突现词,了解我国母乳喂养自我效能重点关注方向和研究热点。方法在中国期刊全文数据库(China national knowledge infrastructure,CNKI)、万方数据库、维普期刊资源整合服务平台、pubmed、Cochrane library、EMbase等中、英文数据库中,以"母乳喂养"、"自我效能/自我效能感"、"breastfeeding"、"self-efficacy"为主题词进行检索,检索时间为2008年1月至2018年6月,并对所得文献使用Cite SpaceⅤ软件进行可视化分析。结果有关母乳喂养自我效能研究文献数量逐年增长,共检索得到文献238篇。现阶段研究热点主要集中于管理学的品管圈、赋能教育到分娩预演、育儿胜任感以及延续性护理、社会支持等。结论母乳喂养自我效能主要聚焦于管理学、赋能教育、分娩预演、育儿胜任感、延续性护理、社会支持等。随着我国产妇年龄呈高龄化趋势发展,未来应着眼于特定人群及相关交叉学科的研究。

Objective To analyze the keywords of the research on self-efficacy of breastfeeding in China for the last 10 years,in order to understand the research focus of breastfeeding self-efficacy.Methods The literature related to breastfeeding self-efficacy were searched in the databases of CNKI,Wanfang,VIP,PubMed,Cochrane library and EMbase from January 2008 to June 2018.The Key words:of breastfeeding(in Chinese),self-efficacy(in Chinese),breastfeeding and self-efficacy were used for searching.Visualization analysis of the obtained literature was conducted by using Cite SpaceⅤsoftware.Results The number of related articles increased each year,and a total of 238 articles were founded.The latest research mainly focused on the management of quality control circle,empowerment education,the preview of childbirth,parenting competence,continuity nursing,social support and so on.Conclusions Breastfeeding self-efficacy mainly focuses on the management of quality control circle,empowerment education,the preview of childbirth,parenting competence,continuity nursing and social support.With the aging of maternal age in China,we should focus on the research of specific groups and related interdisciplinary subjects in the future.
