摘要
目的调研护理本科生对社区护理拓展学习平台的需求,为完善平台建设提供依据。方法 2017年3-6月,便利抽样法选择中国医科大学护理学院2014级(大学三年级)使用过社区护理拓展学习平台≥3次的71名全日制护理本科生为研究对象,采用基于用户满意度的远程学习资源调查问卷对其进行调查并访谈,分析护理本科生对平台的使用需求及使用后评价。结果护理本科生对社区护理学习平台的学习者期望总分为(4.03±0.55)分,使用平台前实际质量感知重要程度认知总分为(4.15±0.49)分,使用平台后实际质量感知总分为(4.00±0.39)分;其中仅质量感知部分操作质量维度在使用平台前后比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),其中互动性条目得分较低。结论护理本科生对社区护理拓展学习平台有较高的期望,但该学习平台仍有需要改善之处。平台管理者可以通过丰富平台内容形式,加强平台互动性等方法来提高学生的使用兴趣,发挥该平台在促进学生社区护理学习过程中的作用。
Objective To investigate the needs of nursing undergraduates for community nursing extended learning platform,and to provide the basis for improving the construction of the learning platform.Methods By convenience sampling method,71 nursing undergraduate students who used the platform more than 3 times in a medical university was selected.The evaluation indexes of the distance learning resources tool based on user satisfaction were used for investigation.The students’needs for the platform and their feedback after using the platform were analyzed.Results The average score of the expectation items of nursing undergraduates for the learning platform was 4.03±0.55.Before using the platform,the score of the content quality items was 4.15±0.49,and the score changed to 4.00±0.39 after using the platform.Among them,only part of the operational quality dimensions had a significant difference before and after using the platform(P<0.05),and the interactive items scored at a low level.Conclusions Undergraduate nursing students have high expectations for community nursing learning platform,but the learning platform still needs to be improved.The platform managers can enrich the content form of the platform and strengthen the interaction of the platform to enhance students’interest in using the platform.Thus,the platform plays a role in promoting students’community nursing learning process.
