摘要
笔者介绍一种基于预知性策略的机组检修模式,为水电站机组检修维护提供决策服务。文中通过采用类比及数理统计分析的方法,建立机组预知性检修决策数学模型。分析结果表明水力发电机组可按需进行维护,预知性检修相对于定期检修模式灵活性更高,可提高精细化检修水平和机组利用小时数,使水电站管理决策更加科学,有利于提高机组的安全可靠及经济运行。
The authors introduce a unit maintenance mode based on predictive strategy,which provides decision-making service for unit maintenance of hydropower station.In this paper,a mathematical model for predictive maintenance decision-making of units is established by analogy and mathematical statistics analysis.The analysis results show that the hydropower units can be maintained on demand,and the predictive maintenance is more flexible than the regular maintenance mode,which can improve the fine maintenance level and unit utilization hours,make the management decision-making of hydropower stations more scientific,and help to improve the safety,reliability and economic operation of the unit.
