摘要 笔者主要介绍了国内某水电站灯泡贯流式水轮发电机效率试验,阐述了量热法测量损耗的基本原理、测量及计算方法。通过被试电机空转、空载及三相短路试验,用测量电机所产生的热量来推算各种损耗,即可计算出各种负荷下的效率及加权平均效率值。试验时被试电机无需并网,不受电网限制。该试验结果满足合同相关效率保证要求,且多项测试值均高于合同值。 This paper mainly introduces the efficiency test of bulb tubular hydrogenerator in a domestic hydropower station,and expounds the basic principle,measurement and calculation method of loss measurement by calorimetry.Through the idle,no-load and three-phase short-circuit tests of the tested motor,various losses can be calculated by measuring the heat generated by the motor,and the efficiency and weighted average efficiency under various loads can be calculated.During the test,the tested motor does not need to be connected to the grid and is not restricted by the power grid.The test results meet the requirements of contract related efficiency assurance,and many test values are higher than contract values.
