钢纤维轻骨料粉煤灰混凝土劈裂抗拉性能试验研究 被引量:2

摘要 为了研发具有绿色环保性质的钢纤维轻骨料粉煤灰混凝土,笔者通过试验研究了钢纤维体积率!粉煤灰替代率和水灰比三种因素对钢纤维轻骨料粉煤灰混凝土劈裂抗拉强度的影响规律。试验结果表明:掺加钢纤维对轻骨料混凝土劈裂抗拉强度有明显提高,建议钢纤维体积率取值宜在0.8%~1.2%之间;掺入粉煤灰后,轻骨料混凝土劈裂抗拉强度会降低,建议粉煤灰替代率不宜超过30%;同时掺入钢纤维和粉煤灰后,对不同水灰比的钢纤维轻骨料粉煤灰混凝土的劈裂抗拉强度均会有明显提高。试验结论可为钢纤维轻骨料粉煤灰混凝土在工程中的应用提供参考。 In order to develop the steel fiber lightweight aggregate fly ash concrete with green and environmental protection properties,the effects of steel fiber volume ratio,fly ash substitution ratio and water-cement ratio on the splitting tensile strength of steel fiber lightweight aggregate fly ash concrete were studied through experiments.The test results show that the splitting tensile strength of lightweight aggregate concrete is obviously improved by adding steel fibers,and it is suggested that the volume ratio of steel fibers should be between 0.8%and 1.2%.After adding fly ash,the splitting tensile strength of lightweight aggregate concrete will decrease,and the substitution rate of fly ash should not exceed 30%.At the same time,the splitting tensile strength of steel fiber lightweight aggregate fly ash concrete with different water-cement ratio will be significantly improved by adding steel fiber and fly ash.The experimental results can provide reference for the application of steel fiber lightweight aggregate fly ash concrete in engineering.
