摘要
笔者介绍了广西长洲水利枢纽42 MW灯泡贯流式水轮发电机13号机组定子泄漏电流值异常的故障情况。简述了故障机组的参数,试验的整个流程以及接线方式。通过试验数据与历史试验数据进行对比,并以发电机定子、转子绕组安装图纸为参考作出故障假设,结合相关规程及经验对故障产生的原因进行了分析判断。针对现场情况采取有效的处理方法,并提出了具体的防范措施,为日后灯泡贯流式水轮发电机检修试验发现类似问题时提供判断经验和有效的处理方法。
The author introduces the fault of abnormal leakage current value of stator of 42MW bulb tubular hydrogenerator unit 13 in Changzhou hydro project of Guangxi.The parameters of the fault unit,the whole process of the test and the wiring mode are briefly described.By comparing the test data with the historical test data,and taking the installation drawings of generator stator and rotor windings as reference,the fault hypothesis is made,and the causes of the fault are analyzed and judged in combination with the relevant regulations and experience.In view of the field situation,effective treatment methods are adopted,and specific preventive measures are put forward to provide judgment experience and effective treatment methods for similar problems found in the future maintenance test of bulb tubular hydrogenerators.
