本文试从班主任的角度分析,在陪伴中职生高考前复习备考的过程中,班主任老师如何本着以人为本、人本关怀的现代教育思想,从赏识的内涵、赏识的意义和赏识的方式方法等方面探讨通过赏识学生,帮助学生达到更好的复习效果。

This paper tries to analyze from the perspective of the head teacher,in the process of accompanying the secondary vocational school students to prepare for the college entrance examination,how the head teacher,in line with the modern educational thoughts of people-oriented and humanistic care,explores how to help students achieve better review effect by appreciating students from the connotation of appreciation,the significance of appreciation and the ways&means of appreciation.
